✨ 2. Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! We offer custom-made outfits based on your photos or ideas.
Custom slots are limited and may take up to 60 days to complete due to the handmade process.

📦 3. How long will it take to ship my order?

  • Ready-to-ship items: ship within 4–7 business days

  • Custom-made items: take 30–60 days depending on complexity
    All orders are shipped from our studio and you’ll receive tracking info once dispatched.

🌍 4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide.
Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

🧼 6. How do I take care of the doll clothes?

Most items are made with delicate fabrics.
We recommend:

  • Hand-washing in cold water

  • Air-drying

  • Avoid ironing or harsh detergents
